Amerry Merino Yarn

Crafted by combining premium merino wool raised with care by New Zealand sheep farmers and HAMANAKA’s long-established acrylic blending technology. Soft New Zealand merino wool with strong natural crimp is blended with high-bulk acrylic fibers to create a hand-knitting yarn featuring superior elasticity, softness, and heat retention. Its rich bulkiness ensures finished projects are surprisingly lightweight.

Designed in a versatile worsted weight, Amerry resists splitting on both knitting needles and crochet hooks, making it exceptionally easy to work with. Colorways are curated by renowned knitwear designer Kazekobo, featuring deep melange tones and a rich color palette perfect for colorwork and Fair Isle knitting

Composition: 70% Merino Wool, 30% Acrylic
Weight / Yardage: 40g ball / 110m
Knitting Needle:  Japanese  #6–7 / US 6–7 / 3.9–4.2mm  Gauge: 19–20 sts, 27–28 rows
Crochet Hook: Japanese  5/0–6/0 (3.0–3.5mm)    Gauge: 20–21 sts, 9–9.5 rows in treble
